"I started my fishing Career at a very early age in the numerous streams and lakes around my home province of Newfoundland Labrador.  As a teenager I got my very first job fishing the stormy North Atlantic Ocean on large commercial fishing vessels.  When I was not at sea, I was busy attending college, studying marine navigation.

After meeting and marrying my wife Marie, I decided to move west to Beautiful British Columbia and was immediately smitten with the sport fishing bug.  Over the many years of fishing the ocean lakes and rivers of British Columbia I have gained a lot of experience.  In 2004 I started Great Catch Fishing Adventures which over a very short time has become very popular with fishermen from all over the world.  I take great pride in my boats and equipment and make every effort to make your trip a memorable one.  This attention to detail and our personal touch is what I believe separates us from the rest of the larger and more expensive companies."
